Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Types of Tickets and Additional Service Packages

We offer several types of tickets, packages and additional services, each with specific benefits. Be sure to carefully review the description of your ticket or package before purchasing.

  • Basic Ticket: Full access to the sporting event, without additional add-ons, such as lodging and travel expenses, or tickets to other attractions at the event site. This ticket can be refunded up to 70% of the purchase value, less administration costs. and issuance of tickets.

  • VIP Ticket: Full access to the sporting event, with some of the additional accessories, but without other accessories such as lodging and travel expenses, includes tickets to other activities at the event site (tours, dinner, concert); This ticket can be refunded up to 70% of the purchase value, less administration and ticket issuance costs.

  • Premium Ticket: Comprehensive access to the sporting event, with all additional accessories,  including other add-ons such as lodging and air tickets to and at the event location, includes tickets to other activities at the event location (tours, dinners, concerts); This ticket can be refunded up to 80% of the purchase value, less administration and ticket issuance costs.

2. Conditions for Requesting Returns and Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund requests can only be made 90 days prior to the start of the sporting event.

  • In cases of cancellation within this period, we will evaluate refund requests individually.

3. Partial Ticket Refund

  • In some cases, a partial refund of tickets may be offered, subject to review and approval by Scoreevents.com

4. Return and Refund Request Process

  • To request a return and refund, please email sales@scoreevents.com with the following information:

    • Buyer's full name.

    • Purchase order number.

    • Type of ticket or package purchased.

    • Detailed reason for the return request.

5. Evaluation and Confirmation

  • We will review your request and respond to you within 10 business days. We will confirm if your request is approved, and if so, we will provide details on the refund process.

6. Exceptions to the Returns and Refunds Policy

  • No returns or refunds will be made outside the period of 90 days before the event, unless exceptional circumstances exist, at the discretion of Scorevents.com
